These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the kiss918 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions set out in this agreement. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Eligibility and Age Verification

BDT Payments and Processing

Bonus Wagering Requirements

1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire agreement, including any supplementary terms, bonus terms, and privacy policy incorporated by reference.

2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and the operators of kiss918. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. kiss918 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kiss918 platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are published in English and represent the authoritative version of this agreement. kiss918 may provide translations for convenience, but in the event of any inconsistency, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- You are accessing the Platform for your own personal use and entertainment purposes only;
- You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are not using the Platform in a professional gambling capacity;
- You are aware that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited;
- You have not been previously excluded from the Platform or any other gambling service for fraudulent conduct;
- All personal information provided during registration is accurate, current, and belongs to you;
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh relevant to online gaming and financial transactions.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
To access the full range of services offered by kiss918 — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player Account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During the registration process you will be required to provide the following information accurately and completely:
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used as your unique Account identifier);
- A strong password of your own choosing (minimum eight characters, including at least one number and one special character);
- Confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older;
- Your full legal name as it appears on your National ID Card (NID) or passport (required for KYC).
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on kiss918. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kiss918 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them without prior notice.
3.3 KYC Verification
kiss918 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may deposit and play before completing KYC; however, withdrawals will not be processed until your identity has been verified to the satisfaction of the kiss918 compliance team. KYC documentation required includes:
- Primary ID: Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) or a valid passport — clear, unobstructed photograph of both front and back;
- Selfie verification: A current photograph of you holding your primary ID document;
- Proof of payment method: A screenshot confirming that the bKash or Nagad account used for deposit belongs to you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on kiss918 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kiss918 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which kiss918 accepts no responsibility.
4.1 Supported Deposit Methods
- bKash — Instant credit, minimum deposit ৳200, maximum per transaction ৳50,000;
- Nagad — Instant credit, minimum deposit ৳200, maximum per transaction ৳50,000;
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS) — Credit within five minutes, minimum ৳500;
- Upay — Credit within five minutes, minimum ৳500;
- Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — one to three business hours, minimum ৳2,000.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four hours for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business hours for bank transfers, subject to the following conditions being met:
- KYC verification has been completed and approved;
- The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available Real Money Funds balance;
- All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonuses have been satisfied;
- The withdrawal is to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (to prevent money laundering);
- The minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 is met.
4.3 Failed or Reversed Transactions
In the event that a deposit transaction fails to credit your Account within the expected timeframe, please contact the support team at support@kiss918 with your transaction reference number and the registered mobile number. Do not attempt a second deposit until the first transaction has been investigated, as duplicate deposit attempts may result in processing delays.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
kiss918 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and this section, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance within your Account wallet and are distinct from Real Money Funds;
- Wagering requirements must be completed using Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds together, in the ratio specified in the offer terms, before winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn;
- Games contribute to wagering requirements at varying percentages — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the offer terms;
- kiss918 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a Player's Account;
- Bonuses that have been credited but not yet played through may be removed from an Account if the Player requests a withdrawal of Real Money Funds before wagering requirements are met — in such cases, the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited;
- Players who have opted into a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive bonuses during that period.
5.2 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions
kiss918 regularly runs promotions tied to culturally significant events in Bangladesh, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid celebrations, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and key cricket events such as BPL finals, IPL, and T20 World Cup. 6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered Player on kiss918, you agree to use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud kiss918 or other Players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity;
- Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, regardless of the device, mobile number, or payment method used;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event;
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics;
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to generate winnings — such winnings will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation;
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity. kiss918 maintains robust AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities;
- Underage Access: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor;
- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, or abusive language toward support staff or other Players via any communication channel.
kiss918 monitors Platform activity continuously for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, kiss918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account, void all associated bets and winnings, and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. kiss918's determination of prohibited conduct is final.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the kiss918 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the property of kiss918 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the Platform's content without prior written consent from kiss918;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform;
- Use the kiss918 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation;
- Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application;
- Use any kiss918 content for commercial purposes, including affiliate marketing, without a valid signed affiliate agreement.
Any unauthorised use of kiss918 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of kiss918 content or branding, please report it to support@kiss918.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
kiss918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
- Detection of prohibited automated software use;
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
- Legal obligation to do so under applicable Bangladesh law or the direction of a competent authority;
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@kiss918 from their registered email address or by submitting a closure request through the Account Settings section of the Platform. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations remain.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of one week, one month, six months, one year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration selected. Players who have self-excluded will not be able to log in, place bets, or receive promotional communications during the exclusion period. 8.3 Inactive Account Policy
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kiss918 will notify the Player via their registered contact details before applying any inactivity handling. Any Real Money Funds remaining in an inactive Account will be preserved and will remain available to the Player upon re-activation of the Account following successful re-verification.
8.4 Amendments to These Terms
kiss918 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number or contact details on file at least seven days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
8.5 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with principles applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the kiss918 support team in writing at support@kiss918. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before considering any further action.
All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.
